Palmyra — The Fluvanna County Planning Department has scheduled six meetings to discuss the current and potentional future state of the A-1 zoning district.
Five of the meetings will happen in the five election districts of the county. A final meeting will be an open house at the Fluvanna Public Library.
The meetings given citizens an opportunity to give feedback and/or comments with regard to the specific rural zoning issues including, but

division rights, traditional subdivisions vs. cluster subdivisions, etc.
Visual displays will be at each meeting so each attendee can review and give feedback or ask questions about the displays. Each display will provide analysis between how Fluvanna County and other localities in the commonwealth deal with the aforementioned issues.
