PALMYRA — The Fluvanna County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals will have a pancake breakfast.
The benefit event will be hosted at Our Lady of Peace in Charlottesville.
There is a suggested minimum donation of $5 for the breakfast. The Fluvanna society will also accept donations of dog and cat treats, dish soap, hand sanitizer, sponges, dog and cat toys, plastic bags, trash bags, blankets and zippered storage bags.
The breakfast will be from 7:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. on Jan. 19.
The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals in Fluvanna County is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1989. The Fluvanna facility is on Union Mills Road in Troy. The group’s mission is to, “rescue domestic animals from cruelty, neglect, and abandonment and to place them in good, loving, permanent homes.”
